Shipping and pickup — Details

Free shipping in Canada: on orders of $125 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Quebec: shipping rates from $11.95 to $16.95.

Elsewhere in Canada: shipping rates from $14.95 to $25.95.

Order processing: generally 1 to 5 business days in Quebec and 1 to 10 business days elsewhere in Canada.

Tracking: a tracking number is provided once the order has shipped.

Pickup in Waterloo: by appointment only. An email will be sent once the order is ready.

The exact shipping rate is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address.

Made from 100% recycled cotton, OEKO-TEX certified, soft for us and the planet, and free from harmful chemicals.

Textured, thick and versatile, Bobbiny Jumbo 9 mm braided cord is ideal for large projects that require structure and a bold, defined look.

Its generous diameter makes it easy to create substantial pieces quickly, including plant hangers, wall hangings, plant pot covers, bags, baskets and decorative accessories.

For most projects, it can also be replaced with Jumbo Soft 8 mm, a slightly softer and more flexible option.

Made from 100% recycled cotton and OEKO-TEX certified, it is soft, durable and provides excellent structure. Its polyester core adds strength and helps the cord maintain its shape.
