Shipping policy
Shipping within Quebec and Canada
Esprit Bohème ships throughout Quebec and across Canada. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the package and the delivery address.
Free shipping is available within Canada on orders of $150 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
As a general guideline, shipping fees usually range between:
Quebec: $11.95 to $16.95
Elsewhere in Canada: $14.95 to $25.95
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 5 business days, depending on order volume and the products selected.
Since I run the shop on my own, I prepare each package with care, often in the evening, and drop it off at the carrier’s drop-off location on the following business day.
Tracking and Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and are no longer under my control once the package has been handed over to the delivery service.
Pickup in Waterloo
Pickup in Waterloo is available by appointment only.
You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that Esprit Bohème is an online-only shop and does not have a physical storefront.
