Where is Esprit Bohème based?
Esprit Bohème is based in Waterloo, in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec, Canada.
This is where I prepare orders, create handmade pieces and organize my activities. You can also find me at selected markets, festivals and workshops across Quebec throughout the year.
Does Esprit Bohème have a physical store?
Esprit Bohème is an online store only and does not currently have a physical storefront.
You can still find my handmade creations, supplies and workshops:
- online, directly through the shop;
- at selected markets, fairs and festivals;
- in some partner stockists;
- through creative workshops.
Can I visit the workshop in person?
The workshop is not open to the public for visits or in-person shopping.
Order pickup in Waterloo is available by appointment only, once you have received the email confirming that your order is ready.
To see the creations in person, the best option is to visit me at markets, workshops or events announced on the website and social media.
What are the processing times?
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 5 business days, depending on order volume and the products selected.
Custom creations, special orders or pre-orders may require additional time. Details are usually indicated on the product page, pre-order page or in our email exchanges.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 📦
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, Esprit Bohème ships across Quebec and Canada.
Shipping is free in Canada on orders of $150 or more, after discounts and before taxes. For orders below that amount, shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the package weight and delivery address.
As a general guide:
- Quebec: usually between $11.95 and $16.95
- Elsewhere in Canada: usually between $14.95 and $25.95
A tracking number is provided once the order has shipped.

What language can I write to you in?
You can contact me in French or English. My first language is French, but I believe everyone deserves to be served in the language they feel most comfortable with. In writing, I use tools to help me provide clear answers in english.
Some website translations may still be imperfect, as this work is done carefully but gradually. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out and I’ll take the time to help you.
