Invoice must be paid by August 10 at 8 p.m.
Any request or payment received after these deadlines will be moved to the next supplier order, scheduled for August 31.

📦 How does the pre-order work?
1. Fill out the form
If you would like to order a special size or a larger quantity than what is currently available online, simply fill out the form below.
2. List everything you want to order
Add all the items you want, even if some quantities are currently available online. This allows me to group everything on one invoice and in the same order.
3. Confirmation and invoicing
Once the form has been submitted, I will process your request as soon as possible in order to:
- confirm certain details, if necessary;
- check item availability;
- send you the invoice for your request.
Your pre-order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Processing and delivery times
Once the supplier order has been placed, Bobbiny generally processes orders within 1 to 5 business days.
Shipping and importation to Canada then usually take 4 to 10 business days.
Please allow approximately 5 to 15 business days for the items to arrive at my studio. This is an estimate and may vary depending on supplier processing, shipping and customs.
Once the items arrive, I will prepare your order as quickly as possible for shipping or pickup.
