Free shipping in Canada: on orders of $150 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
Quebec: shipping rates from $11.95 to $16.95.
Elsewhere in Canada: shipping rates from $14.95 to $25.95.
Order processing: generally 1 to 5 business days in Quebec and 1 to 10 business days elsewhere in Canada.
Tracking: a tracking number is provided once the order has shipped.
Pickup in Waterloo: by appointment only. An email will be sent once the order is ready.

Made with an outer layer of 100% recycled cotton and a polyester core, it is OEKO-TEX certified. Its braided structure provides excellent hold while remaining pleasant to work with.
