Shipping and pickup — Details

Free shipping in Canada: on orders of $125 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Quebec: shipping rates from $11.95 to $16.95.

Elsewhere in Canada: shipping rates from $14.95 to $25.95.

Order processing: generally 1 to 5 business days in Quebec and 1 to 10 business days elsewhere in Canada.

Tracking: a tracking number is provided once the order has shipped.

Pickup in Waterloo: by appointment only. An email will be sent once the order is ready.

The exact shipping rate is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address.

Rope made from 100% recycled cotton, OEKO-TEX certified, gentle on us and the planet, without chemical agents.

Soft, textured and versatile, Bobbiny 5 mm braided cord is ideal for macramé projects that require structure, texture and excellent shape retention.

Its medium-thick size makes it easy to create well-defined pieces without making them feel overly bulky. It works especially well for plant hangers, wall hangings, plant pot covers, bags, baskets and decorative accessories.
