Delivery or pickup

Each order is carefully prepared to ensure your creations arrive in perfect condition.

Order processing time : 1 to 12 business days depending on the creation.
Delivery : includes a tracking number and a signature required (Canada only).
Pickup in Waterloo (Qc) : available by appointment, once your order is ready, you will receive an email to schedule an appointment.
